Who are we?
We are AXXAZ Metalwork, founded by Rody Sinke and Sem Goddijn. After years of experience in the industry, we started a technical employment agency focused on the metal sector.
Having seen market developments up close, we knew things had to be different. That's why we test everyone beforehand through a trade or welding test and possibly using your own WPS. We focus purely on quality and seek long-term relationships, valuing quality, honesty and transparency. Our office and workshop are located in Middelburg, Zeeland, and we operate mainly in South-West Netherlands.

What is the candidate selection process like?
Our selection process begins with a thorough screening of resumes, diplomas and certificates. We then invite candidates for trade and/or welding tests in our fully equipped workshop. Upon successful completion, we prepare a detailed report for the client.
