Previously, I was a certified welder and worked in the yacht and equipment construction industry. However, due to unforeseen health conditions, I had to end my practical career as a welder. Although I had to adjust my work, my passion for the industry remained as strong as ever. I realized that my experience and knowledge could still be of great value to the industry. That realization was a turning point for me. What is the biggest problem in our industry? Finding good professionals! With that in mind, we created a different kind of staffing agency, one that focuses entirely on the metal sector. We dive deep into this industry, taking exclusive trade and welding tests. This allows us to know exactly who we are placing and what they are capable of, so companies can be sure they are getting what they need.

After my technical education, I completed advanced training in business administration. After this I worked for five years in construction, engineering and rental & management. We have now joined forces to create something special! Rody brings a lot of experience and knowledge from the welding world, and together we have created an agency that connects professionals and companies in the steel sector! To ensure quality, we have our candidates take vocational and welding tests to ensure they have the quality and skills your project needs.
