At AXXAZ Metalwork, we understand the importance of skilled personnel in the metal industry. That is why we conduct thorough trade and welding tests, so you can be sure you are hiring skilled personnel.
Our approach
We start with a thorough selection based on resumes, diplomas and certificates. If interested, the person in question is invited to our office for a vocational and/or welding test. Afterwards, a comprehensive report is drawn up and delivered to the client. This allows you to confidently decide on a possible cooperation.

In addition to our testing center in Tholen, we have a fully equipped welding and vocational testing center in the Philippines. Here candidates are continuously assessed on their skills, technical knowledge and work attitude. The tests are focused on the requirements of the European market, so that only the most skilled professionals come to the Netherlands or Europe. With this approach, we guarantee a constant supply of qualified professionals who can be immediately deployed within your organization.
The Test Procedure
Testing takes place in our fully equipped workshop. Here, skilled workers perform a random task selected by an interested client. We offer testing for various welding methods, including Tig, Mig/Mag and electrode welding. In terms of positions and materials, anything is possible. We also offer the possibility to offer trade tests for other related professions. Think of construction bench workers, fitters, pipe fitters and equipment builders. In this way, we ensure that your team is always made up of the best professionals.
